MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

ALL Fees Should Be Independently Verified

Golf Membership Golf members are entitled to use all of the club facilities and pay no greens fees or court fees. Golf cart fees are required and are not included. Golf membership is limited to 550 Golf Members for 36 holes of golf. All membership plans and fees are subject to change.

Membership Initiation Deposit: $185,000
($180,000 at application)($5,000 + CPI at conversion)
Annual Dues: $8,900

Special Membership Benefits
Refundable membership deposits; 100% of the membership deposit is refundable within 30 days after written request or as otherwise provided for in the Membership Plan.

Sports Membership Sports members are entitled to enjoy Mediterra’s Sports Club, beach, enrichment and clubhouse facilities in addition to unlimited golf in the Summer months. Golf cart fees are required and are not included. Sports members may play up to a maximum of six rounds during the Winter season on a space available basis (upon payment of Sports Member greens fees and golf cart fees). All membership plans and fees are subject to change.

($25,000 at application) ($5,000 + CPI at conversion)
Annual Dues: $3,500
