You walk into a new development in Florida and
you like what you see and hear from the developer's sales
person. The only problem is that IT'S THE DEVELOPER'S SALESPERSON
representing the Seller that you are talking to who may, or may
not be, a Realtor® or even a Florida licensed
Real Estate Salesperson.
Question is; who is looking after YOUR interests, the
Buyer?
I can answer that important question for
you. It doesn't cost you any more to have a licensed
Realtor®, such as me, to represent you as a
buyer's agent. I would be working for you and not the developer,
keeping your best interests in mind at all
times.
It would be prudent to have personal
representation for any real estate purchase. It just makes good
sense. As your Realtor® I can take you through
every step of the process of purchasing your home. Be it new
construction or an older home. With me on your team you can rest
easy with the knowledge that I'm there acting as your eyes and
ears. This is especially important if you are doing new
construction and will not be available to make periodic
construction site visits.

If you need a loan professional then let
me advise you on a specific local lender who will research the
best program for you. For disclosure purposes I do not receive
any fees from whomever you use as a lender. I recommend specific
lenders because I have a professional relationship with them and
I know they will treat my clients right.
Are you selling a
business or real estate anywhere that is not your primary residence? Talk to me about the
possibility of deferring capital gains tax by doing a Section
1031 Exchange. But talk to me first before you sell!!
